Refund policy
I want only happy clients! We will work with you to cheerfully resolve any issue you may have.
Fine Art Prints frames and mats are created when you order and are Not eligible for returns or refunds except in the case of damage, In which case, we will replace the item at no charge.
Damaged items must be reported within 30 days of the original order date to qualify for a full replacement. Contact us to initiate the process. To expedite the process please contact us as soon as possible and take some photos of the outer packaging, damaged artwork/item so that I can provide them to the shipper.
Original art may be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery providing the item is in its original condition and packaging. There will be a 5% restocking fee, and customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Allow 5-7 business days from return receipt for refunds to be issued.
Should a piece arrive damaged, There is, of course, no restocking fee or return shipping for you. Please contact me as soon as possible after receiving a damaged item so that I can make the appropriate arrangements to have the damaged item repaired or refunded at no cost to you. To expedite the process please notify us as soon as possible and take some photos of the outer packaging, damaged artwork/item so that I can provide them to the shipper.
Custom portraits and commissioned pieces are non-refundable, but rest assured that I will work with you to make sure you are thrilled with your purchase.
Signed books are non-refundable unless damaged in transit. Please contact us within 30 days of original order date if there is any issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Allow 5-7 business days from return receipt for refunds to be issued. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital items, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
At this time however, I am not shipping any physical products outside of the United States.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
